What is provided at Sonrise Cabins? To make your visit more enjoyable, we have provided you with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and filters, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, trash bags and paper towels.
A washer and dryer have been installed in every cabin so you don't have to go home with dirty laundry, and we even provide the detergent!
All linens for the beds and towels and toilet paper for the bathrooms are provided.
A fireplace, TV, and DVD/CD player with a great selection of movies are also provided for your enjoyment.

Do we need to clean the cabin before we leave? You're the guest and we don't want you to "work" on your vacation, so we just ask that you wash your own dishes (to help keep critters away!)and gather and bag the trash and put into the outside garbage cans. On the day of your departure, please remove all food from the refrigerator and cupboards, and strip all beds of their linens and place them, along with any dirty towels, in front of the washer/dryer unit.
If, upon inspection, your vacated cabin is found to be excessively unclean, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Back to Top
What is the check-in/check-out time? Check in is anytime after 3 pm. Please do not attempt to check-in earlier than 3 pm as your cabin will not be ready before this time.
Because all rental paperwork is taken care of prior to your arrival, you can go directly to your cabin (please review your rental agreement for instructions regarding retrieving and returning your cabin key).

What payment options are available? We accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover, as well as debit or check cards.
We use the secure payment and reservation services of ProfessionalCharges.com to handle our online debit and credit card payments. As, such our charges will appear on your credit card statement as "ProfessionalCharges.com", NOT Sonrise Cabins. Back to Top
Is a security deposit required? Unfortunately, it has become necessary to ensure that we, as the cabin owners, are protected against theft and damage. As such, we require a signed Rental Contract and a valid credit card number be kept on file during the length of your visit with us.
Upon your departure, your cabin will be inspected for damage or missing items. Upon successful inspection, your credit card information will be safely and securely destroyed. Back to Top
What is your reservation policy? You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a cabin.
A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required for reservation confirmation. The balance must be paid in full, including all taxes, 30 days prior to your arrival.
If you are reserving a cabin within 30 days of your arrival, full payment is required for reservation confirmation. (Please see our cancellation policy for refund information). Back to Top
What is your cancellation policy? We understand that life is unpredictable and some things just cannot be planned for, that is why we have implemented a cancellation policy that we think is fair for everyone:
If you have to cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, we will send you a full refund on all monies paid to Sonrise Cabins to date, minus the credit card processing fees.
If your cancellation occurs 59-30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of all monies paid to date, minus the credit card processing fees.
If your arrival date is less than 30 days away, you will receive a 25% refund on all monies paid to date, minus the credit card processing fees. Back to Top
Is there a minimum night stay? During peak season (May-November) we have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. However, December-April is yours to enjoy at your leisure! Back to Top

What about smoking? Our property is a smoke-free environment, both inside and outside of our cabins. If cigarette butts are found on the premises, you will be charged a $75 non-compliance fee. Back to Top
How do we find you? If you are making a reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival, a map with written directions will be mailed to you with your reservation receipt.
